Studio Policy: Shipping, Insurance, and Returns
1. Final Sale & Return Policy
All items at Flavius Pisapia Studio are handcrafted, one-of-a-kind ceramic ornamental articles. Due to the unique nature of these works and the high costs and risks associated with international logistics, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or "change of mind" cancellations once a shipment has been processed.
2. International Shipping & Compliance
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express as formal commercial exports.
To protect your investment, every order is shipped with full-value transit insurance. This coverage protects against total loss or physical damage during the shipping process.
4. Damage in Transit (The 24-Hour Rule)
Ceramics are delicate. While we use professional-grade crating, transit damage can occur. In the event of damage, the following protocol must be followed to ensure a successful insurance claim:
Because each piece is a unique ornamental creation, we do not offer replacements. * If a damage claim is verified, the studio will initiate the insurance recovery process with DHL.

- Inspection: Upon delivery, please inspect the exterior packaging. If the box or crate appears crushed or punctured, take high-resolution photos before opening it.
- Reporting: Any internal damage must be reported to Flavius Pisapia Studio within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp. You must provide clear photos of the damaged article, the internal cushioning, and the external shipping labels.
- Preservation: Retain all original packaging materials until the claim is resolved, as DHL may require a physical inspection of the crate.

- Upon the successful payout of the insurance claim by the carrier, the studio will issue a full reimbursement of the purchase price to the buyer.
- The studio is not responsible for refunds if the buyer fails to provide documentation (photos/inspection) required by the insurance carrier to process the claim.
